You must answer ALL questions for the form to submit. For questions that do not apply, respond with n/a. We do require that your pets be up to date on all recommended vaccines, be checked annually for Heartworm and parasites and be on Heartworm/Flea/Tick prevention. Your dogs must also be spayed or neutered in order to foster. If there are medical reasons as to why they cannot have vaccines or be spayed/neutered, please let us know that as well. We do perform Veterinary Reference Checks, Personal Reference Checks and conduct a home visit in person or virtually. Wilkes Rescue Group pays for all medical expenses for the dog. Going out of town? We will cover you there too, either with boarding or by moving the dog to a temporary foster.
